HEROES RUN / VILLAIN RUN

From 2005-2017 my best mate and I set up and ran a entirely volunteer run charity called Pass It On Africa. Edwyna joined the team as soon as we met in 2010. Thanks to our flagship event, Heroes Run, we were able to raise just over £300,00 that was used to support 5 school build in Kenya, Ghana, and the Gambia.

The race grew into a 2000 runner event that included participants from 8 months old up to 98 years old.

(If you are interested in the charity side, I have a TedX talk about it here)

As co-founder I was responsible for:

• All design work

• Marketing

• Race direction - managing over 100 volunteers / sub-contractors + site set up
