Packing

All prints are sold unframed. They are posted in extra strong postal tubes to ensure safe transit.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders with 1-3 working days.

Shipping within the UK is either by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (for print purchases).

Shipping outside the UK can take any time from 3 days up to two weeks. Tracking information will be supplied to the customer once the order has dispatched.

Duties and Taxes

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK or the EU, it will be subject to duties and import taxes, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

Returns

We do hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not please do get in touch immediately.

We do accept returns on screen prints as potential damage may happen during it's transit back to us; this would prevent the artwork from being resold as prints are dispatched from us in pristine condition.

If your item arrives in a faulty condition then please do get in touch by email and if possible please provide images of the damage. We will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible.

We will refund original shipping costs if a print is returned due to being faulty.. 

When sending an item back to us we thoroughly recommend using a trackable shipping method so that you can track the status of your return shipment and be ensured that it has definitely returned safely to us.
